Is there any information out there about training contracts? It looks like a good idea, but I would like to hear/read your opinions on the matter.

Don't touch them unless you have all Q3+, they're for full-training every day.

http://tools.narrenturm.eu/trainingCalculator.php is a good thing to play with to figure out when to use what for training.

it can be logicall if you have all q4 training center or +q3
