Ingress - a free "capture the flag" game to play with your phone

So this time of year is always busy for me and I have little time to play anything on the computer.  Lately I've been playing Ingress with my Samsung phone.  It is a "capture the flag" type of game you can play while walking around to classes, work, errands, etc.  (You have to be out and about and not around your pc.)  And it is free to play and there is nothing to purchase to play.

In the game, you can get medals, etc. but you do not get bonus stuff for having recruits in the game.  Being a former girl scout, I want ALL of my medals...badges, etc.  So...I need recruits.  I cannot stalk ya, etc. but would need your gaming gmail to send you an invite.  (Google makes the game.)  So far, the only notification I got was when someone joined the game, but it gives no info on locations, what they do, etc.  It did not even give me the in-game name.

When I first started the game, I thought it was sort of silly.  Now...I'm loving it...and confess it is getting me to walk a bit further, etc. than I had been.  Medals...or badges.  I want them.    You can see the game at ingress.com.  If you want to play, let me know by sending me a PM and I'll happily send you an invite...or just sign up on your own and watch me cry because I want the medal.

Well, this explains it, doesn't it? A good girl scout has to have all the medals.

Seriously though, this game looks pretty neat. Shame I'm missing the integral component. XD

I still want the stupid badge in Ingress. That means I need 9 more players who can get to level 3. Level 3 can easily be done in a day while doing your day to day things in a typical town. I'll give 50 q7 weapons to the first 10 players who are willing to do this! I have no pride when it comes to badges!!!!!!!

The game is free to play, free to download. I cannot follow you in game BUT...I need to send your gmail account an invite from my gmail account. The game will give me a notification that you have accepted. When you reach level three, you will need to let me know and I will be informed that one of my recruits leveled. Then I can send you the weaps.

I can only offer it to 9 people right now....so. There are higher levels for the badge, but it is what I can offer for now. I could probably toss in some food!
