Inactive members of EZC

I see members in my Regiments and other Regiments inactive. Some of them are even inactive more than 1 month... Do we really want these people in our MU?

I think people should just go through the Regiment lists and see how many people are inactive. In my Regiment (6) you can see 6 guys who are inactive. 3 of them have been inactive for 20+ days... I dont see any reasons why we shouldnt kick them out.

Of course, some of them might have an excuse, but I highly doubt that most of them have. I consider everyone who hasnt fought for over 1 week is inactive, if he doesnt have an excuse for being away.

By kicking these people, we can let other people join us instead. And not inactive peoples but ACTIVE people who fight.

Some of those guys are older then Malarkey so show some respect for the eldars

But regarding the post,there is a system regarding the problem you mentioned,and them being in EZC evan though unactive(according to fight count) is not hurting EZC.

Now we can only say that ppl are inactive according to the last fight data,but I know that some ppl regulary log in,work and train,but they simply avoid fighteing evan for the DO since they don't want any exp.

So ezc evan kinda profits for the case I mentioned above but yes there are some ppl who are rly inactive but they are a permament part of EZC so we keep our eldars

And ofc there is a 3rd group Harry and Deep keep track off and kick em accordingly,they are the peeps who simply quited after a time and showed no sign of life.

I try to at least do 1 fight a day to let people know I'm active.

I've been doing a DO every 3-4 days, but now I'll probably slow to one fight or so every couple days--yesterday pushed me to the edge of 27 and I wanna build up a *lot* more strength than I have.

No worries about the inactives, I check for them everyday, the ones that you see that are more than 20 days have a reason for not being kicked.

okay I just wanted to mention this because I thought maybe no one else noticed and that they might nor have an excuse. I will only be training and working as well and do the DO from now on. Want to grow strong When I reach lvl 29, I will stop doing the DO as well and fight once a day to show any sings of life like Kortanul and Clydeo suggested

At the present time, I prefer that there not be a cleaning of house in the regiments. Of course, I have no say in the matter, but this is my reasoning. It's my job to increase forum traffic, also resulting in more MU activity. I see these inactives as a challenge to me to get them more active. I have ideas but they are not written down yet. Stay tuned.

I don't fight too often...I'm a perfect example of an offender of this.

However, I'm logged onto my account at least twice a day to train/work/write people...and read whatever crappy news is currently going on in erep.

Thomas, I have to give you a compliment. I asked about you on the Fed forums, and was told to write to Stewy. There's no doubt in my mind that you belong in the same MU as Nemanja2012. He's the Deputy Quartermaster, so that's a high-ranking fellow. Curraaaahee!
